WHO WE ARE?

What is the Greater Governor Mifflin League?
The Greater Governor Mifflin League (GGML) is a community organization which consists of volunteers from the Governor Mifflin School District areas of Shillington, Mohnton, Kenhorst, Brecknock, Gouglersville, and Cumru Township.

When was the GGML formed?
The GGML was formed in 1976 as a Bicentennial Committee and continues to pride itself on presenting its "One-of-a-Kind" festival.

What is “Community Days?”
Each year the GGML organizes a week-long community fair known as “Greater Mifflin Community Days” which enables local organizations to raise funds and also bring the community closer together. The fair is held on the campus of the Governor Mifflin Intermediate, Mifflin Park and Cumru Elementary Schools. There are generally more than 45 food and game stands as well as amusement rides. Nightly entertainment is provided free of charge. The week-long event is climaxed on the Saturday following the 4th of July with a fabulous fireworks display.
